将饮茶

喝茶，是中国人由古至今的传统，也是现代日常生活的需要。制茶品饮方式的历史演变奠定了中国人饮茶的礼仪，也造就了釉色多彩、形态各异的茶具器物，组成我们生活中的百般美好。

仲春四月，我有幸邀来海内外五位陶艺家，请他们用各自的创作来诠释对茶文化的解读。对于这批通常躲在器物后默默埋首创作的人，有一个更贴切的称谓来形容——陶人。他们爱玩泥土，爱玩火，痴迷于泥与火合作的魅力。艺术上个人风格的塑造，需经长期刻苦摸索，不因循固有模式，不重复自己，百般艰难，最后方得自然铺展。而恰如老友相会，透过这些器物我们也能窥见每个人的性情品格。无论是沉淀多年后的淡泊从容，仍在风格形成期的探索执着，初出茅庐的意气风发，不同的人生阅历及生活状态下，这个创意群体对陶瓷创作所保有的热爱和坚持是相同的。

清丽婉约如青瓷，朴拙大气似柴烧，泥片塑形搭配影青釉，来自江南记忆里的苔青色泽……从茶器出发，陶人们手随心动，以作品来实现精神世界与物质生活的关联，表达个性。器物无声，从创作者那端交付到使用者手里，跟随四季变化，在日常的接触使用中令使用者体味自然与生命的丰盛壮阔。让我们在日常生活中体会传统的绽放，重新感受来自手工艺的温度。

It’s tea time

Tea Drinking has formed an important part of life in China since ancient times to the present. Along with the developments in the way tea was brewed, both tea culture and tea utensils changed accordingly.

In this April, I invite five ceramics artists worldwide, they will interpret their understanding of tea culture. To these people who always indulge themselves working behind the utensils, in other words, we may call them potter. They work in clay, play with fire, obsessed by the colabration of the two elements. These are always challenges, it takes countless frustrations to search for the personal style. And just like meeting with old friends, we can tell each one’s personality from their works. Although they’re in the different ages, the creative group remains the same passion and perseverance.

Teapot in bluish-green glaze, tea bowl woodfiring, plate in green white glaze, tea caddy in mossgreen glaze, the utensils be delivered from the creators’ hands to the consumers’ according to the seasonal changing, reminding us to feel the tradition revival in the daily life, feeling of a deeper, more profound nature.
