本展览想探讨的是,我们的思维模式、烹饪用具、进餐方式,将怎样与中式厨房发生关系,并在何种程度上影响到吃这件事。换句话说,一群职业属性是设计师的人,他们的思考、发现和创造,将以什么样的方式与食物联系起来,进入日常生活。
This exhibition aims to explore how to relate our mindset, cookware and dining customs to a Chinese style kitchen, and to what extent this will affect our dining behaviour. In other words, how can we associate the thinking, discoveries and creations of a group of people whom call themselves designer with foods and make them part of our daily lives?
